Once Upon a Time... When Rhoda Stockwell heard that she was going to become an aunt for the first time she knew in her heart that she wanted to give something special to welcome her new nephew into the world... knowing the little guy would have all the bibs, rattlers, boppies and onesies he could ever need and also knowing this new baby boy would be treated like royalty, Rhoda went in search of the gift that would reflect his princely status: A Crowned Hat. Her search took her around the world and time went by...nephews and nieces kept being born and many friends had babies too...but the little crowned hat she'd hoped to find for the little ones in her life never appeared...
Now it just so happens that Rhoda had known Beth Frock for many years... and knew she was a very talented fashion designer who was fabulous with a needle. Plus, in her own world she was known as the "Queen Mother", so who better to see about a crowned hat?...
One day in mid-February Rhoda decided to visit Beth at her sweet little shop on Main Street,
Boysenberry, to see if she could help her with the little crowned hat she'd imagined for so long. Beth was busy making a beautiful coat for one of her customers when Rhoda stopped by the warm and cozy shop. A little sketching and a little stitching later, a drop of Royal Jewels, and the Crowned Hat was born...
So now every baby boy and girl can be welcomed into the world with a little hat from the Crowned Heads Hat Company...
